Jo Rose and Terry Shubrook (Kinesiology practitioner and teacher) provide an opportunity to explore how colour can enhance your health and wellbeing.

In their fun teaching style, together with their students, they explore colours of the Chinese 5 elements, the chakras, tools for colour healing such as crystal light pens, plus healthy colour choices for clothes, and a look at healing colours in our environment.
