Reiki is a natural form of healing. It stimulates the body's own healing mechanisms
helping to maintain normal function in body and mind.
This is a two part course with the option of additional practice days.
Having completed this course you will receive a certificate giving you practitioner status. It is up to you whether
you chose work as a practitioner or just use Reiki to benefit yourself, family and friends.
During part one you will:
- learn the history and theory behind Reiki.
- receive your attunement
to 1st Degree Reiki.
- learn how to feel energy
- learn how to develop your intuition.
- learn simple stress release and self healing techniques.
- learn
techniques to apply Reiki.
- practice the techniques you have learnt on eachother.
On a date that suits the
group, allowing at least three weeks of practice on yourself, friends and family including case studies, you
will attend a follow up day to:
- discuss your experiences
- learn about the energy systems of the body: chakras, auras
and meridians
- learn new techniques
- develop your ability to listen to
energy and communicate using Reiki
- practice on eachother
