Reflexology

DSCF00881.jpg

Working the feet is an ancient method of healing.  The evidence for this has been found in archaeological artefacts and illustrations from early cultures in China, Japan, India, Russia and Egypt.

Working on the feet as way of promoting good health was re-born in the early twentieth century, and scientifically researched and developed for several years.

Today Reflexology is seen as a valuable complementary therapy, and is often employed alongside conventional medicine.

What happens during a treatment?

A reflexology treatment involves massaging points on the feet that stimulate healing and normal function in specific parts of the body.

Reflexology can also be applied via the hands and ears when necessary.
