This is an eight part course (2 days per part), plus an integration and assessment part
(2 days) which provides a professional qualification in this branch of advanced Kinesiology.
Perceptual Bodywork
has been described as the 'interface between Kinesiology and healing'. It aims to improve communication within
the body systems in order to enhance health and wellbeing. This system draws on wide range of techniques from Applied
Kinesiology to help with balancing processes. Perceptual Bodywork contains a techniques to help with
pain and physical issues, and can also help guide emotional and spiritual changes, providing comfort and confidence
in life choices.
Requirements are that you have completed a foundation in Kinesiology, such as Touch for
Health 1 - 4.
On completion, you can attain Kinesiology Federation Associate status, which gives you a professional status
to practice and charge a fee as a Kinesiologist.
For full practitioner membership, you will need to fulfill requirements
of basic knowlegde in anatomy and physiology, Nutrition, Interpersonal skills, practice management, plus clinical practice
and mentoring requirements. All of these training requirements can be met within the School or Creative Kinesiology,
and you have three years in which to complete them.
