Corporate workshops:
Enhancing communication skills through Horse Listening.
Horse Listening workshops demonstrate how posture, body language, thought patterns, emotions, stress and external stimuli can affect your leadership and communication skills in the workplace.
Horse Listening can give you an insight into the real you; how you act, react and interact with colleagues and business associates, and teach you techniques to improve self awareness, manage stress, enhance leadership qualities, and communicate more effectively.

Caroline Baldock worked closely with Monty Roberts, internationally renowned Horse Whisperer, in California for four years.  She helped run many of his corporate based workshops and co-wrote his first books.  Caroline's input is based on experience gained during her years with Monty, plus many more years working with both people and horses.  She is incredibly insightful in reading both people and horses.

Jo, who is Kinesiology practitioner and teacher, incorporates aspects of Kinesiology into the workshop, helping you understand how your body reacts to stress, how others are affected by your stress, and what you can do to manage this.

Jo also has many years experience reading subtle body language between horses and people, and teaching riders how to improve their communication skills.

Participants in the course are given tasks with horses to help them understand the importance of good leadership and communication skills.

It is amazing what people can learn about communication through listening to horses.

Jo and Caroline run these workshops in Sussex, Surrey and Oxfordshire.

'The workshops are a great way to observe human behaviour and to see how people often unknowingly mimic the behaviour of those around them, and to realise how important environmental factors are in our behaviour.' Sue Davidson, Civil servant

'Its amazing how our emotions affect those around us, including the horse.  The horse's responses were so clear.  In business its so important to have that awareness.' Louise Makin, Chief Executive of a London company

Cost: From £60 per person.  An attendance of 6 - 8 people is required.  Accomodation and food can be arranged.

For more information on the format of the day, please contact Jo on 01273 299611 / 07989 505264.  Alternatively, you can fill out an enquiries form.
