SUMMARY:Interspecies Communication & Healing CPD with Celia Braund
DESCRIPTION:Interspecies Communication & Healing CPD  \nAlso to be run on the 24/25 Oct. \nCelia Braund is a post-graduate trained Therapist and Consultant with her own human and animal Complementary Health Practice serving North Devon & Exmoor. Celia works across a wide spectrum of species\, including Farm\, Companion and Exotic animals\, providing the modalities of Healing\, Massage\, Aromatherapy\, Zoopharmacognosy and integrated Interspecies Communication\, alongside incorporating emergent cross-disciplinary tools and techniques. \nEmbracing the relational field informs her approach to every animal (and human) she engages with\, from chinchillas to African elephants\, and takes the shape of images\, words\, conversations and physical sensations relating to spiritual\, emotional\, ecological and physical ailments and injury sites\, as well as appropriate remedial action and advice for guardians and all of humanity. \nWithin this course\, Celia draws on her passion for life sciences\, rooted in museums and research\, immersing participants in her combined love of plants and animals\, in partnership with her innate intuition and psychic ability. Students will learn about our interconnected natures\, animal and plant sentience\, and how to forge more meaningful relationships through the medium of Interspecies Communication. \nExploring ancient rituals and practices\, which subtly bring us closer to our latently telepathic selves\, participants will be taught the art of Presence\, as well as the essential practises of Grounding\, Attunement\, Cleansing and Protection. Through a series of fully interactive exercises\, Celia will demonstrate that we each possess the ability to flex our intuitive muscles\, raise our vibration to resonate harmoniously within the universal energy field and communicate non-verbally with the other-than-human world. \nIn Part 1\, the focus will be on manifesting awareness and creating a state of receptivity\, interpreting energetic profiles\, auras and chakras\, and introducing the concept of animal communication\, both remotely and in-person\, through the use of photographs and live case studies. \nPart 2 will be centred around transferring skills into practice out ‘in the field’ across a range of plant\, wildlife\, and extensive farming species\, such as Exmoor Ponies\, Longhorn Cattle\, Mangalitsa Pigs and Water Buffalo\, as well as giving due consideration to the wider ecological influences of the land and vitalist plant energetics\, the use of divining and other nature inspired land use methods. \nPart 1: Introduction to Animal Communication & Healing \nPart 2: Rewilding with Nature: Plant\, Animal & Wildlife Communication & Healing \nTime: 10am – 4.30pm (equivalent to 12 hours CPD for Animal Therapists) \nCost: £95pp/day \nTo book\, please contact Celia Braund: whitehorseholistics@yahoo.com \n  \n

SUMMARY:Canine Myofascial Release: Indirect Deep Tissue Release and Cranial Applications
DESCRIPTION:£240 \n£220 for AMT and IAAT members. \nThis course is taught via Zoom on day 1\, with Jo Rose\, covering up to date research and professional opinions in fascia function/ health\, rebalancing approaches\, plus some home practice applications.  Day 2 is a fully practical hands on day  held at Little Green Stables\, Chard\, with Becky Baylis. \nThis CPD for canine manual therapists provides tuition in the indirect approach to canine myofascial release.  This involves slow sustained pressure\, working with the tissue and responses of the dog.  The methods taught are great for more sensitive dogs\, tissue in strong spasm or that is very restricted\, and where other methods are not successful. The effects are relaxing\, yet effective and long lasting. The method also includes osseus releases; gently and safely realigning joints.  It will also include some myofascial cranial-sacral applications\, plus discussion on the vagus nerve\,  lymphatic and glymphatic systems and associations with the acupressure meridian system. \nThe course is taught by animal musculoskeletal therapist; Jo Rose.  The course material includes the history of the method\, a detailed look at fascia and its many functions\, and what happens in dysfunction.  Much of the course is practical\, enabling students to get a feel of fascia releasing\, and how this benefits both body and the emotions. \nJo has worked alongside Dawn Seaman\, helping to facilitate the equine and canine Myofascial Release CPDs for many years\, and also has trained extensively in human Myofascial Release with MFRUK.  She has attended fascia training with Leon Chaitow and Robert Schleip\, amongst others.  Jo uses Myofascial release as a primary method to release deep physical and emotional tension throughout the body and realign the structure. \nTo book\, please contact us. \n
