Herbal Energetics; A Journey Through Taste and Essence offers a unique and immersive experience into the world of herbal energetics, designed for online participants. This 6-hour CPD accredited day is crafted to engage your senses, deepen your connection with plant medicine, and enhance your understanding of herbalism’s impact on the physical and spiritual body.
The day begins with an exploration of organoleptic experiences, focusing on the subtle yet profound effects of hydrosols on the body. Through fun and engaging spritzes, sprays, and sensory engagement, participants will learn to discern the nuanced ways these aromatic waters influence well-being, setting the foundation for a deeper herbal practice.
As the morning transitions to afternoon, we delve into the art of herbal tea tasting. This session is designed not just to explore the flavors and aromas of various teas but to understand their energetic properties and how they interact with our physical systems. Participants will learn to taste, craft and blend teas with intention, creating personalized infusions that resonate with their body’s needs. The day culminates in a transformative plant spirit work session, featuring two essential oils. This segment offers a profound opportunity to connect with the essence and spirit of the plants, understanding their deeper messages and how they can guide and support our health and spiritual journey. Through meditation, visualization, and direct engagement, participants will experience a unique form of communication with the plant world, opening new pathways for healing and growth.
